Content Creator + Brand Assistant
Position Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor
Location: Weatherford/Fort Worth or closely surrounding areas | Primarily flexible with some in-person work
Wooten & Co. is looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Content Creator + Brand Assistant to support both our marketing and the day-to-day needs of our growing business.
This position is a combination of content creation, social media support, and behind-the-scenes assistance. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands how to create polished and engaging content, and is also willing to help wherever needed during product launches and busy seasons.
Responsibilities
- Plan, film, photograph, and edit original content for Wooten & Co.
- Create short-form videos, product content, and lifestyle content
- Assist with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms
- Create Instagram Stories and on-brand marketing graphics
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
- Assist with occasional marketing emails
- Help maintain the content calendar and organize digital assets
- Assist with inventory organization and product preparation
- Help pack orders during launches, holidays, and other busy periods
- Research and source shipping, packaging, and business supplies
- Occasionally take packages to the post office or shipping carrier
- Assist with other mutually agreed-upon brand and business projects
The Ideal Candidate
- Has a strong eye for elevated, polished content
- Understands the Wooten & Co. aesthetic and customer
- Is comfortable creating and editing photo and video content
- Understands current social media platforms and content trends
- Is organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Communicates clearly and follows through consistently
- Is willing to help with both creative and hands-on tasks
- Has reliable transportation for occasional local projects
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Shopify, Klaviyo, product photography, email marketing, or e-commerce is a plus but not required.
This is a flexible, part-time independent-contractor opportunity. Some responsibilities can be completed remotely, while content days, inventory projects, and order-fulfillment assistance will require local availability.

Silversmith + Production Jeweler
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fort Worth, Weatherford, or closely surrounding areas
Experience: Not required — willingness to learn is a must
Wooten & Co. is looking for a silversmith and production jeweler to help bring our original jewelry designs to life.
Silversmithing experience is welcome but not required. We're open to applicants who are eager to learn and willing to take silversmithing or jewelry-making classes on their own. Please note that classes and training are at the applicant's own expense and are not paid for by Wooten & Co.
Most of the designs and creative direction will be provided by Wooten & Co. However, this person may also assist with refining construction details, improving production feasibility, and contributing ideas throughout the development process.
This position will involve creating prototypes and producing consistent, high-quality pieces in small batches for the Wooten & Co. brand.
Responsibilities
- Create sterling silver jewelry from sketches, reference images, measurements, or cast components
- Develop prototypes and samples for new Wooten & Co. designs
- Fabricate, solder, assemble, set stones, polish, texture, oxidize, and finish jewelry
- Clean and finish cast sterling silver components
- Produce consistent small-batch quantities of approved designs
- Work with genuine turquoise and other natural stones
- Assist with determining the best construction methods for each piece
- Provide input regarding durability, comfort, weight, sizing, and production feasibility
- Maintain consistent quality and finishing standards
- Apply the approved Wooten & Co. maker's mark when specified
- Help identify and resolve production or construction issues
- Communicate clearly regarding costs, timelines, materials, and project progress
The Ideal Candidate
- Has silversmithing or jewelry-making experience, or is committed to learning through classes and hands-on practice
- Is eager to develop skills in soldering, fabrication, stone-setting, and finishing
- Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in clean, polished, high-quality work
- Can accurately reproduce an approved design
- Understands the consistency required for small-batch production
- Is dependable, organized, and able to meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Communicates clearly throughout the development and production process
- Respects the confidentiality and ownership of original Wooten & Co. designs
- Is located in Fort Worth, Weatherford, or a closely surrounding area
Experience with sterling silver, natural stones, custom jewelry production, or manufacturing for other brands is a plus.
Tools & Workspace
Because this is an independent contractor role, applicants must provide their own jewelry tools and equipment, along with their own workspace or reliable access to a properly equipped jewelry studio.
This is an independent, project-based contract opportunity. Compensation may be structured hourly, by finished piece, or by production batch depending on experience and the project.
