Is Wooten & Co. the same company as Horseshoe J & Co.?

Yes — same ownership, same team, and the same commitment to quality and customer experience. Wooten & Co. is simply our next chapter.

Why does my packaging still say Horseshoe J & Co.?

During our transition, you may occasionally receive packaging, inserts, or tags featuring our previous branding while we thoughtfully phase into Wooten & Co.

What materials do you use?

We thoughtfully source quality materials including sterling silver, genuine stones, gold-filled pieces, stainless steel, and other elevated materials selected for both beauty and wearability.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Many of our pieces are designed with sensitive skin in mind, though sensitivities can vary by individual and material type.

Are your stones genuine?

Many of our pieces feature genuine natural stones. Because natural stones vary, each piece is beautifully unique in color, shape, and pattern.

How should I care for my jewelry?

We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and water exposure when possible. Store pieces in a dry place and polish gently as needed.

Why does my handmade piece vary slightly?

Many of our pieces are handmade or crafted with natural materials, meaning slight variations are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

 

Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days unless otherwise noted during launches, holidays, or high-volume sales periods.

Once my package ships, who is responsible for delivery?

Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the shipping provider. We are always happy to help however we can with tracking assistance.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout depending on inventory and processing timelines.

My package says delivered, but I cannot find it.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or your local post office first, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early.

What is your return policy?

Eligible returns are issued as store credit unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Are sale items eligible for return?

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Do customers pay return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred on our end.

When do subscription boxes ship?

Subscription boxes ship on the 1st of the month based on the frequency selected at checkout.

If I order today, when will I receive my first box?

Depending on when you subscribe, your first box may not ship until the following month’s shipment date. Future boxes will then continue based on your selected frequency.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your customer portal prior to the next billing cycle.
