Size Guide

Measure your wrist

Wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around your wrist just above the wrist bone, snug but not tight, and measure in inches.

Average about 6"–6.75"
Large about 7" and up

Cuffs

Most of our cuffs measure about 5.5" around plus a 1" opening, which fits most average wrists. Exact measurements are listed on each product page.

  • To put a cuff on, slide the opening over the narrow sides of your wrist, then gently rotate it into place.
  • Many cuffs are slightly flexible, but avoid pulling the opening wider or bending often, which can weaken sterling silver over time.
  • Smaller wrist? A cuff should sit comfortably without sliding over your hand.

Chain, beaded and pearl bracelets

Choose a length about 0.5"–1" longer than your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit. Many of our styles include an extender, so check the product page for the exact length.

Stacking tip

When stacking cuffs with chain or pearl bracelets, wear the cuff closest to your hand so it rests on top.

At Wooten & Co., we want you to love your purchase. Please review the information below regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and non-returnable items before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Leather Goods Returns

We want you to feel confident investing in a Wooten & Co. leather piece.

Eligible leather goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Free from marks, stains, odors, scratches, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags, straps, dust bags, and packaging included

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Wooten & Co. is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned with signs of wear or use, missing components, or damage not present at the time of delivery may be refused and returned to the customer.

Because genuine leather and natural hides may vary in grain, texture, coloring, and pattern, these natural variations are not considered defects.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, personalized or custom-made pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your leather good arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Jewelry Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All approved returns are issued as store credit or product exchange only, if the item is still available. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sizing

Please carefully review sizing information before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend being professionally sized by a jeweler prior to purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the incorrect item
  • Your item is defective

Please include clear photos of both the packaging and item(s) so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

If approved, store credit will be issued via email and may be used at any time on future purchases.

Order Cancellations

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the order total.

Made-to-order and custom items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that customers contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may delay resolution and may be disputed if the order falls within the terms outlined in our policies.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Every Wooten & Co. order is packed by hand with care. Here's what to expect once you check out.

Processing Time

In-stock pieces ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship once they're finished; the timeframe is listed on each product page, and if yours is ready early, we'll send it right away. During launches and the holidays, processing can take a little longer, and we'll always keep you posted.

Free Shipping

Orders over $150 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. Other orders ship through USPS or UPS, and you'll see your options at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created.

If Something Goes Wrong

Delivered but not there? Check with neighbors, family or your mail room, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early. Still missing? Email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Arrived damaged? Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we'll make it right.

Wrong address? Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping, and an additional shipping fee may apply.

Split Shipments

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, they may arrive separately.

International Orders

Customs fees, duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
